No content may be reproduced or used outside the platform without our express written permission.
5.2 Your Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform (such as comments, assignments, or forum contributions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
6.2 Refund Policy

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts, as permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Sparkequity to be effective.
